Jim Warner has been lifting for 40 years in both competitive and drug free Olympic Lifting and Powerlifting events.

He is a muliti-time Ohio State Champion in Olympic Lifting.

His best competitive Olympic lifts 225 lb. Snatch and 300 lb. Clean and Jerk in the 148 lb. weight class.

His best competitive Power lifts are as follows:
601 lb. Squat
311 lb. Bench
601 lb. Deadlift
in the 148 lb. weight class.

He is the current AAU Ohio State Powerlifting Chairman.

He has won the AAU Powerlifting World Championships four times in the 148 lb. weight class (2004, 2005, 2006, and 2009).

Jim currently holds 5 World Records and 5 American records in the Deadlift and 1 World Record in the Squat.
